If you haven't heard the results from Saturday's Semi Final at Blackburn Park, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?! Both our A and B Grade netballers rolled South Mildura, seeing them back in action at the Preliminary Final on Saturday 7 September at Sarah Oval. The roar of the courtside crowd dwarfed the noise at the footy as the Kangas faithful cheered both sides to victory.
A Grade was a tough battle from the outset, with the lead changing countless times across the hour-long game. A goal in the dying seconds of the final quarter saw our girls come out victors in a true reflection of the hard work, determination, and strategic approach taken by the team.
Fresh off the back of the previous game's intensity, the B Graders took a commanding lead in the opening minutes and never once let South get close. In the heat, the girls played smart and safe netball, ensuring they kept the lead over the entire four quarters.
